How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 2 weeks to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Material ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to international enthusiasts soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your space. If a piece isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition, and a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture.
Can I request fabric or wood swatches?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary swatch kits for most of our upholstery and wood finishes so you can see and feel the quality in your own lighting before committing.
How do I care for my Material products?
Each product comes with a digital care guide. Generally, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and using a damp, lint-free cloth for dusting and minor spills.
